In the process of photomask manufacture there are used up-to-date laser and electron-beam equipment for topological pattern formation, technological automatic machines, control equipment, software and materials from key global manufacturers.

The photomask center provides today manufacture of standard binary photomasks with the level up to   180 nm within a closed technological cycle.
