Information for a placement of order

To place an order for photomask manufacture you need to be registered To place an order for photomask manufacture you need to be login in the booking system and to fill in an electronic form with specification and data fields necessary for photomask manufacture.

After filling in of electronic form you need to enclose an archive with files containing topological information and a text file with commentaries to take steps for metrological photomask certification – indicating a layout, geometrical dimensions and measurement direction, tonality of elements to be checked, dimension tolerances of topological elements and other special requirements.

Requirements to the files containing topological information:

1. File format: GDS II, OASIS or DXF*.
   *Note: a drawing in the DXF format must be executed in polylines, and all polylines must be closed; by saving the file in an editor there must be indicated the file type - AutoCad 2000/LT 2000 DXF;
2. A file name must be executed without spaces and contain not more than 20 characters. It is allowed to use only Roman letters, figures and an underline character;
3. Location of the coordinate zero point must be linked to the photomask center
