The new 16-beam laser pattern generator manufactured

The new 16-beam laser pattern generator manufactured by UP ‘KBTEM-OMO’, Minsk, is launched. The generator can form the minimal dimension of the mask pattern equal to 1 micron. Applying the temperature compensation and the compensation of the non-linear movements of the crossbar stage, we can produce the masks with the high accuracy parameters.
