The specialized Shared Use Centre Photomask Design and Manufacture was established in 2006.

The Centre is located on the territory of the Special Economical Zone of the Zelenograd Administrative District of the City of Moscow and consists of a climatic complex, engineering support infrastructure, clean auxiliary and production compartments.

Manufacture of photomasks for integrated circuit production with the level up to 180 nm is carried out on the basis of special technological equipment providing image generation of topological pattern of integrated circuit on photomasks according to the set control information as well as photomask certification for compliance with design data and Customer specifications.

The Center possesses today a production, apparatus and scientific basis which allow providing a closed cycle of photomask manufacture for every design center, scientific and production enterprise.

The specialists of our Centre are taking all measures to simplify for the Customer as much as possible the procedure of order execution and are ready to give advice concerning all questions arising during the procedure of execution and fulfillment of the order.
